LA offers many affordable condos located near residential communities, as well as just outside city limits. These residential areas are cheaper due to the fact that when housing prices drop, the prices of condominiums in the area drop too.
If you are stuck between selecting a house over a condo, be aware that condominiums provide for less work, considering all the maintenance is upheld for you as long as you pay your dues.
